Well, what I want to do is to both motion correction and registration. I
want to register multiple sessions together from the same subject taken on
different days. So, the functionals from both days all need to be
registered to a template (which would ideally be one of the high-res
inplane anatomicals, but could also be just one of the functional
volumes).
