I'd like to do some group statistics on my ICA maps, and looking on the fsl list I only found one entry, "Re: Group analysis with ICA," that gets at this question... You say "the first thing to do is to put the results in standard space for each subject..." Done.
and "then you can play with different combination methods....we could discuss this further if useful." It would be very useful to discuss this further!
I've got a stats folder with what look to be maps of probabilities and thresholded z-stat maps. I assume I should use the probability maps somehow? I've got multiple measures for some subjecs and only a single measure for others. Where to go from here?
