Dear Heather,
I'm not entirely sure what you mean by "trials" in this. Do you mean that
you had two separate scanning runs -- ie, the subject stayed in the scanner
the whole time but the epi series was run twice with a break in
between? If so, then you probably don't want to create a single 4d
series. You'd want two separate ones (each of which could have several
volumes deleted from the beginning to allow for T1 equilibrium).
This should affect your modeling much, though, other than to require two
separate Feat sessions. In each, it's probably easiest to use the 3-column
custom EV option since you don't have a simple regular design. There was a
recent email (in the last two weeks) on how to setup this type of EV -- you
might check the email archive in case of difficulty.
Good luck.
Joe
