Hi Mark and Joe, many thanks for all your help. I still stick at this
fixed effect average analyze.
I am using the new fsl version.
"ttoz -zout FIXEDZ varcope1 cope1 dof"
It still can't read the dof text file. if I put the value such as 200 on
the command line. It works fine. I was thinking if it's the same bug by
other people.
I applied featregapply to put the two runs on the stand space.
Then use avwmerge. avwmaths ttoz to have FIXED volums
The problem is to do the easythresh by choosing the <brain_mask> and
<background_image>. My functional data is just a partial (25 slices) of
brain. I am wondering if I can overlay this partial func brain to the
whole brain by using easythresh. I am want to make sure the group_mask and
back ground example which come from feat directory or feat/reg_stand/
directory?
Actually I tried both, one has the error message comes out as following:
"Mask and Data (residuals/zstat) volumes MUST be the same size!--volume"
cluster (Version 1.1)
Copyright(c) 2000-2002, University of Oxford (Mark Jenkinson)
Usage:
cluster --in=<filename> --thresh=<value> [options]"
The other one also is not correct result.
Meanwhile, I am thinking if it's possible by using the fsl to average the
time course raw data, then do the first level feat analyse.
Thanks,
Lucy
