Dear FSL community,
I tried to create an statistical overlay over the anatomical data like
the image given on the FEAT page
http://www.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fsl/feat5/index.html
I used the example data set and I thought it should work with the utils
button in feat with the color render high res FEAT stats option. But
there seems nothing to happen, but the message:
Processing
/home/conny/data_chap06/conny/meine/test_data/test_fsl/feeds/examples/fmri.feat
Usage: renderhighres <feat_directory> <minZ> <maxZ> [-tal] [-keep]
-tal : do rendering in Talairach space instead of space
of original high res image, assuming Talairaching
has been carried out.
-keep : don't delete Analyze format intermediate files
Done
What am I doing wrong? With the Talaichrach option, however, a file
rendered_thresh_zstat1.hdr etc is created.
What do I need to do, if I just want to have just a statistical overlay
over the structural image? Sorry, for the stupid question, if I
misunderstood the FSL manual.....
Best regards,
Conny
