Hi folks -
I got tired of transforming any image I wanted to look at in tlrc space using
to3d first, so I created a new set of AFNI images for transforming MNI images
straight from the analyze coordinate system. These files would be linked
into the output directory of any normalization process which used the
avg152T1.img files (or _brain.img) files as a standard. Then, typing 'afni'
in that directory will allow one to view the results (i.e. of a feat run) in
Talairach space by simply clicking on the tlrc button. A note of caution: I
cannot guarantee the complete correctness of the markers I used to perform
the transformation. They were based on a combination of Matthew Brett's
tal2mni.m algorithm and personal experience with the tlrc template in AFNI.
