Hi - could you be more specific about what you mean about manipulating the
noise levels? Not sure what you ware wanting do to here!
WRT this popup warning - that's fine, it is just warning you that you have
loaded in the original design specifications when you pointed the GUI at
the existing FEAT directories. In general this means that you should
select the original FEAT dirs, and _then_ change whatever you want to
change (eg poststats setup).
