Hello!
I am wishing to have as much as possible reliance on a "negative" result
(no activation) in a certain region. To do this, I planned to use a ROI
mask of that region as a binary pre-threshold mask and probe with
different thresholds.
I now have the ROI binary mask I need in standard space.
For analysis I am (still for a while) using FSL 3.0.
Do I understand correctly that the mask should be in the same space as the
data (example_func.hdr)? And if so, how can I transform the standard space
mask to example_func space? Or does FEAT perhaps detect the space and do
the transformation automatically as with featQuery?
Best regards,
