Hi,
To use AFNI to display the results,
Run
Avwsplit melodic_IC
In your .ica dir (as far as I know melodic_IC contains the z-maps of the
components).
If you want AFNI to recognize the resulting vol000* pairs as "function"
just rename them to something containing the string *stats* (AFNI
assumes that any analyze pair with *stats* in its name is an SPM).
Hope this helps,
H.

Subject: [FSL] more on ICA-displaying MELODIC results
Hi,
I have been using FSL for several months, and have developed an
appreciation for both FEAT and MELODIC. As a benefit of using FSL, I
find the discourse on this list to be very informative.
While AFNI is excellent for displaying the output of FEAT analyses, it
cannot be used to display MELODIC, as far as I know of. As such, I was
wondering what programs others were using to display results images for
presentation, and how they were using those programs.
Thank you very much,
