have a look at the website of the EWRS Working Group on Physical and
Cultural Weed Control (www.ewrs.org , then follow the link to Working
Groups). This WG is the major intenational forum of scientists and producers
on non-chemical weed control. It is a very active and informal WG, whose
members meet every 2 years in a workshop (the next is scheduled in Norway in
March 2004). In the website you'll find a lot of useful info, references and
links, and you can download the Proceedings of the latest workshops. You may
also want to contact the WG Coordinator, Bo Melander
