Regulation 11 of the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health
Regulations 2002 require employers to monitor the health of workers
exposed to hazardous substances and to retain the records for at
least 40 years. If the firm goes bust, the records are transferred to
the Health and Safety Executive. See:
