If an application is made to scrutinise a committee member's expenses
claims, am I right in thinking that to reveal those details (if the
committee member had not originally agreed to this information being made
public) would constitute "further processing" and be a breach of the 2nd
data protection principle. What other considerations might I need to take
into account with this scenario?
