I have to say that the credit for EDM 266 is due solely to Hywel Francis
(who took the initiative in tabling it and has hustled up most of the
signatures). All NIACE did was to respond to a request to give it a bit
more visibility outside the Westminster village - something we are happy
to do for all MPs of all parties who take an interest in adult learning
(list members with an interest in the LSC might want to check EDM 311
for example)!

200 signatures would be good but we haven't done too badly - see today's
