Dear Patient Information Colleagues
I have been asked to pen an article on patient information and am looking
for a couple of case studies please which highlight good patient information
practice within UK General Practice (GP) settings.
The readership is Pratice Managers so details of how the project impacted on
the running of the practice e.g. costs of project, staffing issues such as
training/ impact on timing. Insights into what type of information is most
requested in GP settings would also be useful please.
Sources of case studies will of course be acknowledged.
