What do you mean by "adjustable array" ?
I can't find this term in any (draft) version of the standard.
If I understand well, here it seems to mean an array of which the size or shape
may vary. But the usage of :
assumed size, assumed shape, deferred shape ... automatic array ...
are quite different.
And all exept automatic may be optional.
