Dear members,
I am trying to do a cluster analysis (or latent class analysis) for
some multivariate discrete data by fitting a finite mixture of
Multinomial distributions. I use a Dirichlet prior for each
Multinomial parameter vector.
Now I would like to model the fact that the K clusters
are not independent. In particular, I think of each cluster
as being itself a finite mixture of the remaining K-1 clusters.
I was wondeting whether you could pinpoint any relevant work of this
sort and, even better, any implementation in WinBUGS.
Thank you!
Frank
