Hi - I am working on a complex WinBugs model with 80,000 rows of data, 75%
of which have NA for the outcome variable (i.e., I want to predict these).
I already got this to run on the male data and now am trying to repeat it
for the female data set. The model and data load, model compiles, initial
values are read in, there are no remaining nodes that would require initial
value generation. All looks fine until I try to update - on first
iteration, get "Trap 66 - Postcondition violation".
Does anyone have any ideas of what this means or how to debug the program? I
have tried several modifications of the initial values and simplified the
model, but still get this error. Any ideas of what to try next??
The Bugs developers have been very helpful in getting this to run for the
male data, but I have done everything they suggested for this 2nd data set
and it still doesn't work. Thanks in advance.
