Dear Bugs-list,
I have to clean a patients database (245,000 records) according to first
name, last name, name of husband (for wife), birth date. I try to work with
the Winkler algorithm (Strcomp95, US bureau of census) but weight of each
key variable is quite difficult to adjust.
Is anybody who have implement a bayesian approach in winbugs like the one of
Fortini et al (On bayesian record linkage) or another one?
Thank you in advance, with my very best regards,
Erik-A. Sauleau.
