Hi,
Well since other people have jumped in:
o "quantiles(node)" in the script commands to let you specify which
quantiles you want reported in the stats output. At the minute it defaults
to 5%,95%.
o "correlations(node, node)" in the script commands, to get at the
Print command/button within Inference -> Correlations
o "Save State" that would work for non-linear models where you need to
run at least 4000 iterations burn in before monitoring can begin. "Save
State" is useful in linear models for getting more realistic starting values
for the MCMC, but would it be possible to dump out the MCMC chain and then
read it back in so that any iterations after that point pick up where the
last one left off especially for non-linear cases?
But apart from that I'm really happy with it. No really!! I'm enjoying the
WinBUGS batch facility a lot, it's providing a very easy way to use WinBUGS
from within SAS, S-Plus. PROC WINBUGS anyone?
A very Merry Christmas in advance to all readers...
Ho ho ho.
Mike
