Members of the Blackboard-usergroup may be interested to share their
experiences with the WebCT community at the following event at Coventry
University:
Coventry University's Centre for Higher Education Development invites you
to a WebCT Community Forum on Friday 20th February 2004.
The WebCT Community Forum at Coventry is an opportunity for academics,
educational developers, learning technologists and VLE administrators to
meet and exchange ideas and experiences of using WebCT. In response to
feedback from previous events we have increased the amount of time
available for discussion and networking.
The day promises to be a lively and stimulating event, with showcases of
current practice (let us know if you want to present!) and discussions on
the student learning experience, accessibility, tips and tricks for
designers and administrators as well as staff development. There will also
be a session on the rationale for moving to Vista, where we will share
Coventry's roadmap to implementation.
Further details, the provisional programme and booking information are at
http://home.ched.coventry.ac.uk/webctforum/
Please direct any specific enquiries to Sue Adcock [log in to unmask]
We hope to see you there in February,
Frances
