Blue Plaque for Mary Shelley
An official Blue Plaque commemorating the life and work of Mary
Wollstonecraft Shelley and her authorship of Frankenstein, will be
unveiled at 12 noon on Friday, 3rd October 2003 at 24 Chester
Square, London S.W.1. All welcome who can come to the ceremony.

The present plaque to MWS is a private one dating from 1977, a
previous effort to put up a Blue Plaque having failed. 24 Chester
Square is the house in which MWS died in 1851.
