David--you got a bad copy. Mine's fine (bought it from Richard
Bauman many years ago). Will make you a gift of it when you come
next month--who knows, perhaps Bauman's signature inside adds to
value! (Though my copy of *Anglo-American Folksong Scholarship etc.*
with "property of John Fahey" inside doesn't seem to be anything
special.)
