Hi Tony,
The RNIB do some talking clocks but require the pressing of a button to tell
the time. You could achieve this by wiring a Steeper relay unit to the
clock. I do admit it is a rather expensive way of doing this, but it is
possible.

Subject: Remote operation talking clocks
Dear All,
I have a client with Ms who is almost totally blind and now only able to
operate a switch with a leteral head movement. She uses this to operate a
Lynx EC system. She has a desire to be able to know what the time is. Any
one come across a talking clock that can be operated remotely, preferably
with IR ?
Cheers
With kind regards
Yours sincerely
