Our next meeting is on Thursday 22nd May 2003
AT THE RSS IN LONDON
Title of discussion: HOW DO WE MEASURE QUALITY?
Tea at 4pm
Facilitated by: MARTA HAWORTH (Divisional Director, Office for National
Statistics)
_____________________________________________________________________
Synopsis:
Although we talk a lot about quality, the concept is difficult to define.
However, we need to measure it if we are to demonstrate quality improvement.
There is considerable variety in how we measure quality. This round table
discussion will review the Quality Measurement and Reporting Framework being
developed by ONS and then be open for shared ideas and experiences in
different applications. The aim of the afternoon is to gather similarities,
pitfalls and helpful tips.
