I have an outstanding opportunity to join a leading financial services
organisation who are about to ‘raise the bar’ when it comes to
understanding customer behaviour. Your role within the Customer Insight
Management Team will be to provide an increased level of dedicated
analytical support to various internal customers through a range of
statistical & analytical techniques. These will include complex analysis &
interpretation, marketing analysis, geographical analysis, predictive
modelling and data extraction. You will have the ability to interpret
information effectively to drive key business decisions, as well as
excellent communication, presentation and report writing skills. You will
hold a degree in a numerical / scientific discipline and be highly computer
literate, including – SQL and SAS / SPSS. Knowledge of the financial
services, though not essential, would be an advantage.
