(EC)2 is a series of annual international conferences on research in
quantitative economics and econometrics. The first conference in
the series was organized in 1990, the last one in Bologna in 2002.
The acronym (EC)2 stands for European Conferences of the
Econom[etr]ics Community. The main aim of these conferences is to
provide a convenient forum for both senior and junior European
researchers in quantitative economics and econometrics
to discuss their research results.
