The UKCCSG is a recognized leader in the conduct of clinical trials and other studies in paediatric oncology. These range from laboratory based studies, early dose finding and efficacy studies (Phase I and Phase II) to randomised multi-centre and international controlled trials (Phase III).
This is an exciting new post, designed to expand the statistical team and provide leadership in the statistical and clinical trial activity of the UKCCSG. The post offers opportunities for international collaborative research. It is expected that the person appointed will be highly motivated, able to work on their own initiative and as part of a multidisciplinary team, and with a proven track record in research and clinical trials.
