IMPERIAL COLLEGE LONDON
Imperial College is establishing a Statistical Advisory Service to enhance
its research output by providing excellent statistical consultancy advice to
researchers throughout the College. We are now seeking a Director to
establish and
manage the Service, and act as the leading consultant. Suitable candidates
will have substantial experience in applied statistics, as well as having
managerial, communication and problem-solving skills.
The post will be based in the Department of Epidemiology and Public Health
at the St Mary's Campus, Paddington.The service will operate both from the
St Mary's Campus and the Department of Mathematics, based at South
Kensington.
The appointment will be for three years in the first instance, and further
extension is expected. It will be a non-clinical senior lecturer equivalent
appointment, on the ORS5 scale in the range £35,251 to £39,958 plus London
Allowance of £2,134.
