I apologize for sending the same question TWICE (I forgot to put my own
email address to the previous msg for people to reply to me).

Hello,
I am not a statistican and I just joined the list and don't know if this
question has been covered before.
Let's say there are total 1000 balls inside a box. Out of the 1000, 950
are
red, 25 are blue, and 25 are green. Obviously, red balls are the
dominant majority (if there were such term).
Now, my question is, what statistics test can be used to determine such
dominant majority? For example, if red balls are 510 and blue balls are
480 and green balls are 10, red balls are simple majority but I don't
feel comfortable to claim it dominant majority.
Thanks in advance for your kind help!
