That is a very pertinent question. Salon type doors don't really do anything except
reduce eye contact when the salon's patrons are seated.
For your institution why not just hang the equivalent in vertical blinds. Make it shorter
so that the lower portion is open where it is easy to see someone or something coming
in from the other side.
