There was a fix in CONVERT 1.4-1 (which I think came out as version 1.4-3
with the Autumn 2002 CD) to allow the IDL conversion to work with IDL >
Version 5.4.
Things work OK with IDL V6.0 on Solaris - I await the licence to try V6.0
with RH9 (It's OK with RH7.3). In the meantime is it possible to confirm the
version of CONVERT in use and, if that looks OK, get an NDF which
misbehaves?
