Well, technically if they have a commercial rights interest I guess they
can re-license (so the commercial operation can make changes they don't
have to release), so that shouldn't be a problem. But it's reassuring to
hear we haven't just applied this license by default.
I was under impression that "GKS" is used in some commercial products, but
perhaps they are different implementations.
