Hi Brad,
thanks for trying, that's exactly what I expect to hear from an OS X user.
When we have some shareable libraries for OS X (which you nearly
volunteered to produce), you should be able to be see a spectrum plotted
too (SPLAT needs JNIAST to get that far)!
When that happens it would nice to see some of those cool screenshots.
