No need to panic Al, the changes to TAMFITS were not extensive.
The problem was that JSky was carrying an independent version of TAMFITS
around, with some smallish changes to support accessing files using nio
file mapping. Treeview now creates SPLAT and SoG (read JSky) instances in
its own VM, which was causing a few problems.
