To mark the bicentenary of the birth of French composer Hector Berlioz in
December 1803 the National Library of Scotland is exhibiting a small
selection of music and documents from its renowned Berlioz collections.

A talk by the distinguished Berlioz scholar Hugh Macdonald, Avis Blewett
Professor of Music at Washington University in St Louis, will take place on
Wed 17 Dec 2003, 7p.m.
The talk is free but entry is by ticket only. Please order your tickets in
