Managing Problem People
A one day workshop for library managers and supervisors, led by John Hudson
of Hudson Rivers.
This one day workshop is for library and information staff who are
responsible for the work of others. The day will be practical and supportive
and will focus on:
· What's expected of me? Setting and implementing clear standards of
performance
· Strategies for improving performance
· Acting effectively - techniques for dealing with failing performance
