i agree. the great thing about market forces is that when all the GIS
Graduates take better paid jobs in other fields, these idiots with small
wallets and unrealistically high expectations will only be able to find
untrained monkeys to do the work for the money they offer. when the
monkeys screw the job up, hopefully they will go out of business.
