I understood you. By 'normal assessment report' I was indeed referring to the diagnostic assessment. To be distinguished from 'needs assessment interview' which of course generates a separate report.

Sorry for any confusion, it's my loose language! I meant diagnostic
reports rather than needs assessments.
The College is setting up a fund to support international students with
disabilities in line with SENDA and I'm in the process of working out
administration. It's guidelines or advice around dyslexia reports from
Psychologists I'm looking for.
