Hi,
We've not tried Absoft for G5; we've used Absoft in production
for x86 Linux for some time, with good results.
We've been using the IBM compilers under AIX for pwr{2,3,4}
for many years. They're solid and they perform well. Since
the G5 is from the same processor family, I would expect
this to be the case here as well. A few of my colleagues
have downloaded the beta for yuks, but we have no real
results.
Aleksandar, I hope you will post a summary, including your
own experiences, if any, when you're further along.
