Andy refused to consider the contributions form others, shut down their
CVS write access to the Sourceforge.net CVS repository.
Because it's impossible to build a community compiler on that basis, g95
was forked.
The forked compiler ended up in the GCC CVS repository because that
seemed the best way to proceed with a free Fortran 95 compiler.
