It's not me; I have never used anything but VMS MAIL for email.
Of course, some of my email addresses have been swamped with spam and
been targeted by viruses and worms, but I'm happy to say that I haven't
added to the problem, even unwittingly. We might see the collapse of
the internet as we know it sooner than we think, and it will be due a)
to the low quality of Microsoft software and b) to the fact that people
were willing to put up with this lack of quality, for whatever reason.
With a new email address, I have found that simply adding NOSPAM
embedded in part of it keeps it spam free, whether it is in newsgroups
or on the web. In the future, I must remind people not to save it in an
"address book" or whatever on a PC.
