Other then variable number of arguments (which I believe will never be in
Fortran), the rest are all there in much cleaner form then C's hacks such as
casts to (void*) and back. It can all also be done via C Interoperability,
without ever using C code. But it is also part of the language proper. For
example, CLASS(*) pointers are void* with much added safety, and there are
also procedure pointers.
