If I replace the "Tr" with "Transform" then that warning does disappear and
the Transform array is loaded ok. To continue, we could set Tr=Transform.
However this array is 2-D (392x3) and so it bombs out when trying reshape
the matrix for ty and tz because these are looking for 4-D arrays:
specifically the dimensions Tr(:,:,:,2) and Tr(:,:,:,3) and these don't
exist. Is there another way to reshape the arrays to utilize the Transform
matrix?
Is there a place I can find out what the Affine, Transform, Dims etc arrays
represent?
