Dear all,
I'm running the spm_slice_vol function (from the SPM2 distribution) to read
fMRI data on both Linux (RedHat 9) and Win32 (XP). While I'm using exactly
the same data files on both platforms, and the same Matlab version (6.5), the
respective Matlab arrays I get are totally different; it seems that one is
intensity-rescaled with respect to the other.
I'm not suspecting a byte swap problem since, in both cases, the fMRI volumes
look allright and the respective analyses provide consistent results. Also, I
checked that, under Linux, the results are the same as with the SPM99
distribution, which suggests that this really is a platform dependence
problem.
Thanks in advance for any information that helps.
Regards,
Alexis
