That's really unhinged, Gabriel. Basra was the site of one of the
bloodiest uprising against Hussein after the Gulf War, and the Iraqi
army massacred tens of thousands.
And you got it wrong, anyway--it was Iraqi army forces using the
mortar against civilians, and the Brits shelled the mortar.
