Hi all,
I have been tasked with looking at a Stress Policy and how best to deal
with someone if they are off sick with stress, and wondered if anyone had
already taken the time to put something together, bearing in mind the emphasis
the HSE is placing on stress in the workplace at the moment.
I would appreciate any help that anyone can give and anything that they
are prepared to share.
