In response to the current public interest in serious but accessible books
in the history of science, the Museum of the History of Science is
launching a series of occasional lectures under the general title 'Between
the Lines'. Authors will reflect, not just on the subject of their books,
but more generally on the process of writing - its inspiration, research,
problems, dilemmas and choices.
Lisa Jardine will launch the series by talking about her book
'On a Grander Scale: the Outstanding Career of Sir Christopher Wren'
