Sarah,
We already use an Interactive kiosk in our facility, we purchased this from
a company called Blue Chip Technology www.bluechiptechnology.co.uk.
They can provide a very rugged system with in-built Ruggerdised
keyboard/Trackball and offer onsite maintenance.
We have had ours for 3 years and have not experienced any problems at all.
We also found them to be the cheapest solution around that was Plug N Play.
Hope this Helps
