UKOLUG, the professional body for users and developers of electronic
information resources present a
new course as part of their autumn 2003 meetings programme designed as an
introduction to content
management software (CMS) for use in intranets, extranets and web sites. No
technical knowledge is
required.
The course presenter will be Martin White, Managing Director of Intranet
Focus Ltd
This meeting will cover benefits of content management systems, content
management
software (CMS) options, writing a CMS specification in terms of business
objectives,
managing the CMS product selection process, managing the implementation
process,
critical success factors and a review of sources of information on content
management.
This course is to be hosted in Central London at CILIP headquarters on
Tuesday 4th November 2003
from 09.30 - 16.30 and is open to both members and non-members of UKOLUG.
Prices are £130 for members £160 for non-members + Vat
