There are serious issues to be debated across all library and information
sectors. Whilst signing and guiding and service presentation in general are
not trivial matters, discussing them in a less than sombre way can surely
lighten everyone's load.
It doesn't mean you don't care.
It might mean you have a balanced perspective.
